- Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country.
- Pricing may change depending on the country.
- Dates are approximate and additional delays in customs may occur.
- All items in an order must be shipped at the same time (regardless of stock status).

Taxes, Tariffs and Customs

Any additional duties and/or taxes due on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Braidsart is unable to provide refunds, nor allow returns, due to shipping damages, customs issues or fees, and is NOT responsible for missed delivery dates related to USPS or Customs Delays. International Buyers are solely responsible for any customs / governmental fees, duties or charges due at the time of delivery or any other time regarding their purchase from Braidsart. If the parcel is returned to Braidsart as undeliverable due to refusal to pay customs fees or for ANY other reason... The buyer is responsible for payment for reshipment of Parcel returned to Sender, and any Postal charges charged to Seller for return of that Undeliverable Package.

My package is unable to be delivered to my address. Can you please reship?

We use the shipping addresses provided us to send out packages to our brides. If an incorrect address is provided, the package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable because of insufficient address information, additional shipping fees of $5 are required to reship your order. Please contact us for further assistance.

Shipping Insurance, Lost Packages and Issues

- We highly encourage you to add shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance options will be available on the final page of checkout. Please keep this in mind when timing your purchase and estimating the delivery date. If you choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout, it will automatically include up to $100 of shipping insurance. If your order is over $100 in total, we encourage you to add the shipping insurance so that the full value will be covered. This is so that in the unfortunate event that the package is lost, the purchase can be reimbursed. If you do not choose to add shipping insurance at checkout, WE CANNOT REIMBURSE OR REPLACE YOUR PURCHASE if it is lost or not received after we ship your order. This is the customer's choice. Shipping insurance is only a small percentage of the order total (several dollars) and is highly recommended, especially for higher value orders. Currently, if you choose USPS First Class Package as your shipping option, it will NOT include insurance.

- After an item leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service. We will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Also, please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. We will ship to the address you provide at checkout so please be sure to make sure it is entered correctly. We will not reimburse for items shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns or exchanges on headpieces?

Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece.
Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
- All hair accessories are inspected prior to shipping to make sure there is no manufacturing fault. All of our packages are shipped well protected. 
- Please note that products returned to us without contacting us will be denied.​
- If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us: info@braidsart.com.
- If the item's damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
