A minimum of $300 in services is required to book on Saturdays and Sundays.
Short hair and waves have the same fee regardless of style. Most times waves/curls take longer than normal styling, as we must prep, add volume and then thermal style the hair.

My bridal trials are only for clients who have booked and placed a deposit.
A $30 deposit per person is required to book your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total and the remaining balance will be due the day the services are provided. Please note, no date can be held without a deposit.
No, trials are a completely separate booking and the costs covers the stylists time and expertise.
Due to space restrictions, I kindly ask that the bride or client having the trial bring only one guest, I unfortunately do not have room for extra guests.
All trials are held in my home studio located by FM-1960 & T C Jester Blvd, Houston TX 77068.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This also applies to weddings/events that have been canceled for personal reasons.
In the event that the Client cancels less than 30 days before the arranged date of services, the Client is responsible for paying 50% of the remaining balance stated on this contract.
Once the appointment is booked, we are unable to remove the services if someone has backed out. You may find someone to replace the spot but your remaining balance will remain the same as stated in this contract.
Deposits are non-transferable if you change your wedding date/event date. You will need to pay another deposit to lock in a new date. We will only allow the changing of date if available.
All of our pieces are handmade using only the highest quality materials available. Creativity and care is put into each step of the process to create something truly special and unique. Not all headpieces are created by us, there are some that are carefully chosen one by one by Bettsy to ensure the best quality and materials. All our clay pieces and custom made collection is 100% made by us.
Most of our headpieces are pre-made and ready to be shipped out once purchased. If it doesn't mention 'Made to Order' under the product description, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
Our custom made collection consist of headpieces that are 'Ready to Ship' and/or 'Made to Order' especially for you. If it mentions 'Ready to Ship' under the product description, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. If it mentions 'Made to Order' this means it will take 2-3 weeks for creation. Shipping time is not calculated in the 2-3 weeks of production. To ensure you receive your order before you need it, plan on purchasing at least 2 months ahead of time.

If cared for, Braidsart headpieces will last for many years.
Preserve your headpiece by keeping it away from hairsprays, perfumes and any other lotions you may use as these will cloud stones and dull metals.
For wired vines, please do not bend back and forth and avoid direct contact with hair products.
For metal headbands, headpieces and tiaras, please take care not to drop or shake in the box. Do not attempt to bend too much to avoid breaking.
For clay pieces, please do not wet. Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the headpiece. Clay pieces are varnished and hand painted with acrylic paints, therefore only use a baby wipe to gently clean the surface of the piece.
When not in use, store clay headpieces in Braidsart signature box or a separate compartment. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface. This will help with the preservation of each handmade piece.
For all headpieces, store in the signature box the pieces are shipped in, in order to keep the dust off and keep your headpiece in pristine condition.
Any damages, not due to shipping or customer mishandling, must be communicated with us within 48 hours of receipt (contact info@braidsart.com). If the item is damaged after that, it will be the responsibility of the customer. If you have questions, please get in touch!

All Braidsart headpieces are handmade. For tiaras and crowns they will be the same as the photo shown. For the rest of our pieces, they might results in minute differences between pieces, even of the same design. These will be slight and are part of the wonder of handmade creations. The piece you receive is truly one of a kind. Paint colors used will always be nearly identical between pieces of similar design, with only minor variation. Keep in mind that colors can vary between computer screens. If you have questions concerning a design, feel free to reach out to us at info@braidsart.com.
We ship worldwide. Within the Continental USA, First Class Package shipping with USPS is free. Shipping and customs costs elsewhere are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot mark orders as gifts.

Any additional duties and/or taxes due on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Braidsart is unable to provide refunds, nor allow returns, due to shipping damages, customs issues or fees, and is NOT responsible for missed delivery dates related to USPS or Customs Delays. International Buyers are solely responsible for any customs / governmental fees, duties or charges due at the time of delivery or any other time regarding their purchase from Braidsart. If the parcel is returned to Braidsart as undeliverable due to refusal to pay customs fees or for ANY other reason... The buyer is responsible for payment for reshipment of Parcel returned to Sender, and any Postal charges charged to Seller for return of that Undeliverable Package.

The tracking number for your purchase is emailed to you. Follow the instructions to track your order. If you need assistance tracking your order, you can contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Due to the nature of the merchandise, all of our items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All headpieces are inspected prior to shipping to make sure there is no manufacturing fault. All of our packages are shipped well protected.
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us: info@braidsart.com.
If the item's damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
Yes, in fact you can also come and try on our headpieces to see what will fit best. Luckily, we also specialize in hairstyling and we will do our best to help you choose what will suit with your desired hairstyle. So have a inspiration photo of your hairstyle on hand :)

No, if you have a trial/ hairstyling appointment and wish to try on headpieces. There is no need to make a separate Try-On appointment. The try on can be done during that service appointment
